Dear Mr Brendan Berne AND Mme Megan Anderson
G'day mate! My name is Anne Lucy Gelicrisio, and I am AUSTRALIAN AND CURRENTLY LIVING IN PARIS - HOMELESS. IN AUSTRALIA, MY FATHER HAS GIVEN ME HIS HOME AFTER PASSING AWAY AND I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN WITH MY FAMILY TO LIVE IN IT AT 4 EDINA STREET, WILLIAMSTOWN.
IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT MY FAMILY HAVE ARRIVED FROM AUSTRALIA APROXIMATELY FOUR MONTHS AGO TO TAKE ME HOME, AFTER SETTLING A COURT DISPUTE THAT WE WON; IN THE NAME OF AGIUS-GELICRISIO.
MY FAMILY MEMBERS ARE:
KRISTEN DYER-CAMPBELL AND HER TWO YOUNG CHILDREN, BOTH UNDER THE AGE OF FOUR...
AND MY BROTHER SERGIBrendan Berne, l'ambassadeur d'Australie en France, à sa résidence (au dessus de l'ambassade d'Australie à Paris)... SERGIO GELICRISIO
(ALSO MICHELLE MANTAS - https://gelicrisio9.wixsite.com/a123-at9/post/continued)
ON THE 21ST OF OCTOBER, 2022 I MADE A POLICE REPORT OF THEIR DISSAPPEARANCE, SEE LINK ABOVE, AND RAISED ANOTHER CONCERN WITH LOCAL POLICE ON 29TH OCTOBER 2022. APARANTLY MY FAMILY ARE BEING DETAINED AGAINST THEIR WILL AND I AM EFFECTIVELY DENIED BOTH CONTACT AND DOCUMENTS/COURT ORDERS THAT GIVE ME GURADIANSHIP OF MY DAUGHTER, KRISTEN DYER-CAMPBELL.
I HAVE HAD NO WORD FROM POLICE REGARDING THE WHEREABOUTS OF MY FAMILY LISTED ABOVE AND HAVE HAD NO OTHER METHOD OF CALLING FOR HELP THEN TO USE MY VOICE LOUDLY AND POST INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE FOR ASSISTANCE FROM PEOPLE OF YOU STANDING.
AS A PERSON EXPERIENCING HARDSHIP, THE AUSTRALIAN EMBASSY IN PARIS, ARE SUPPOSED TO ASSIST WITH VITAL COMMUNICATION SERVICES TO AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS. I REQUIRE ACCESS TO A LANDLINE TELEPHONE AND COMPUTER/INTERNET USE, AS SO TO CONTACT THE COMMONWEALTH BANK TO ACCESS MY SUPPERANNUATION FUNDS ON THE GROUNDS OF HARDSHIP AND THEN I WILL APPLY FOR A RENEWEL OF MY AUSTRALIAN PASSPORT 10YEARS TO ENABLE ME ENTRY.
I HAVE ACCESSED THE ATO WEBSITE AND FOUND THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WITH REGARDS TO ACCESSING MY SUPERANNUATION EARLY:
https://www.ato.gov.au/individuals/super/withdrawing-and-using-your-super/early-access-to-your-super/?anchor=Access_due_to_severe_financial_hardship#Access_due_to_severe_financial_hardship
Access due to severe financial hardship
Severe financial hardship is not administered by the ATO. You need to contact your super provider to request access to your super due to severe financial hardship.
You may be able to withdraw some of your super if you meet both these conditions:
You have received eligible government income support payments continuously for 26 weeks.
You are not able to meet reasonable and immediate family living expenses.
If you withdraw super due to severe financial hardship it is taxed as a super lump sum.
The minimum amount that can be withdrawn is $1,000 and the maximum amount is $10,000. If your super balance is less than $1,000 you can withdraw up to your remaining balance after tax.
You can only make one withdrawal in any 12-month period.
If you have reached your preservation age plus 39 weeks and you were not gainfully employed when you applied, there are no cashing restrictions.
GIVEN THAT I HAVE NO OTHER OPPORTUNITY TO ACCESS COMMUNICATION RESOURCES, I HAVE REQUESTED THAT MR ALLAN CLARKE ALLOW ME ENTRY TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE COMMONWEALTH BANK USING THEIR LANDLINE TELEPHONE AND IN HIS ABSENCE (SHOULD HE BE AWAY), I HAVE POLITELY REQUESTED MR CLARKE APPOINT ANOTHER PERSON FOR ACCESS OTHER THAN Clinton Phosavanh.
Yesterday, I made another attempt to gain access to the Australian Embassy, for the above mentioned communication services and was denied by the security guard in Mr Alan Clarke's absence. I am currently suffering from D E P R I V A T I O N AND N E G L E C T due to being failed by the system, and I have called on the Australian Embassy Paris for support, under the authority of a representative other than Clinton Phosavanh; from Mr Allan clarke who today denied me.
Mr Berne, given that you are the Australian Ambassador to France, could you kindly allow me entry under the Authority of Mr Allan clarke, independant of Mr Clinton Phosavanh?
Furthermore, I understand that the ATO can forward a letter to the Australian Embassy in Paris, to assess my superannuation funds early on the grounds of severe hardship (https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/how-to-apply-to-release-your-superannuation-early?anchor=underseverefinhardship&context=21971#underseverefinhardship); which could then be forwarded to the Commonwealth Bank of Australian, in 39 High Street in Shepparton - where I was previously employed (to open my account I used my Australian drivers licence (https://gelicrisio9.wixsite.com/a123-at9/post/continued-today). The letter provided from the ATO is valid for 21 Days and therefore and the funds can be transferred to a cashless debit card/Mastercard, I would also be requiring access to your telephone landline to contact the ATO for their followup services.
I am also of the understanding that the Australian Embassy Paris, can also provide a letter to support my new application for a renewal of my passport (10 years); however, this can only be done once the release of my supperannuation is granted.
The matter is urgent, if you could kindly communication a response/your decision on my email (the only one that works) on ag12@y7mail.com.
Thank You, for your time and I look forward to your response.
