Before the Public University Library: Van Reg. BZ452SJ (91) - IVECO

I was preparing to make my way over to the Public University Library on foot and turned into Rue Jean Jacques Rousseau, 75001 – which is where the new police station is – the driver of this van (Van Reg. BZ452SJ (91)) stopped suddenly, parked illegally to one side of the street (but ahead of me) so it was obvious he was calculating my approach, and then as I tried to pass his van on foot from the opposite side of the street, paying absolutely no attention to him because I don’t know him, he sprang out of the drivers side and tried to attack me, pushing me back by my shoulders with both his hands trying to provake me into a fist fight. I refused him because I could see it was going to be a waste of my time, but as a warning I showed him my ‘weapon for destination’ that is mounted on my back for the ‘Portable Workstation Use’ in case he wanted to try and put his hands on me again; but he wasn’t stupid enough, and turned away. It was aproxinately 7:15am.

I took his van registration details, as he was preparing to drive off. An eye witness pulled me aside, briefly after the incident, and told me that he is well known to the police and protected by them, and that he may have been motivated by a court decision made yesterday in my favour, involving certain members of the police force… who have tried to support false allegations of stalking and drug use against me, to deny me of my legal entitlements… a possible breech of the presumption of innocence and the police act(...relating to a verdict by the judge made on 13/14th January, 2020, against Ms Uzan; that I have not yet received)
